MELF Archive

From 2006 to 2011 the Minnesota Early Learning Foundation (MELF) raised and spent $20 million in private funding to learn more about how to improve Minnesota's early education system.  Of its total investment, MELF spent $4 million, a full 20%, on research and evaluation.
