From 2012 through 2016, Parent Aware for School Readiness (PASR) raised about $6 million in private funding to bring a portion of the MELF agenda statewide, such as the Parent Aware quality ratings and improvement system and Early Learning Scholarships. Program evaluation and promotion of the Parent Aware Ratings to parents were central parts of this initiative.
